Do you ship to my country?

  • Yes, we currently ship worldwide!

How long will shipping take?

  • Order processing typically takes 1-5 business days. Once shipped, deliveries usually take 7 to 14 days in the USA and up to 55 business days in all other countries. Note that 55 business days is just incase the product gets held up at the border - in most cases it is much less, especially for countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK.

Can i have a tracking number?

  • Yes, tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed to you once we ship your package. If for any reason you do not receive this information please email us and we will provide you with the tracking information. 

I ordered 2+ items and have only received 1, where is my order?

  • Because we strive to get you the best possible pricing, some of our products are not held in our main warehouse. Due to multiple warehouse shipping sometimes your items will arrive separately - which is perfectly normal. Please wait a little longer, the rest of your shipment is on its way. 

Why have i not received my confirmation email?

  •  Most of the time, this is because you have entered the wrong email address for your order(please check your Junk folder too). Throughout the purchase process, you will receive 2 - 3 emails including confirmation email and a shipping notice. 

Will i need to pay any duties or tax for my order? 

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes.
